       WE WELCOME LEGITIMATE FEEDBACK AS IT HELPS US IMPROVE OUR BUSINESS.  FEEDBACK AND/OR COMPLAINTS MUST INCLUDE :  DATE AND TIME OF THE INCIDENT AND NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE (IF KNOWN), AND  NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER  OF THE PERSON FILING THE COMPLAINT AND THE COMPLAINT MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING WITH A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS IF YOU DESIRE A RESPONSE.

       SALES OR DONATION REQUESTS:  

       SALES REPRESENTATIVES WHO WISH TO PROMOTE PRODUCTS OR ADVERTISEMENT SPACE, REQUESTS FOR TICKET DONATIONS, REQUESTS FOR COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS OR SPECIAL GROUP SALES FOR PARTY OR CONFERENCE ROOM USE MUST BE WRITING.  DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF DONATION REQUESTS, REDUCED FEE REQUESTS, AND COMPLIMENTARY PASS REQUESTS, ALL REQUESTS ARE CONSIDERED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED AND PLACED ON AN AVAILABILITY LIST.   INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE WAITING LIST IS NOT MADE AVAILABLE EXCEPT IN WRITING. 

       WALK-INS:    

       OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICES FOR OUR ESCAPE ROOM CLIENTELE, WHILE PERFORMING OUR ONGOING BUSINESS TASKS AND THE BUILDING OF OUR NEWEST ESCAPE ROOM -- "THE MISADVENTURES OF NEVADA SMITH - TUT'S RUT".  THEREFORE, ALL CUSTOMERS AND VISITORS TO OUR FACILITY MUST HAVE A RESERVATION OR AN APPOINTMENT.

 

            RESERVATIONS FOR ESCAPE ROOMS CAN BE MADE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE  BY

            CLICKING ON THE BOOK-NOW TAB. 

 

           APPOINTMENTS FOR VISITORS OR SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE SCHEDULED 

           THROUGH AN E-MAIL TO OUR BUSINESS OFFICE.   


           WE DO NOT PERMIT "WALK-IN" SALES CALLS.


        IF A CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED A GROUPON OR WANTS TO PURCHASE A GROUPON AND ALREADY HAS A DATE AND TIME IN MIND BUT CANNOT SEE AVAILABILITY ON THE WEBSITE, THE CUSTOMER CAN CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. 


       AFTER BUSINESS OFFICE HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS, ESCAPE ROOM STAFF WORK FROM A DAILY PRINTOUT OF THE DAYS "RESERVATION CALENDAR"  AND DO NOT HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS.   FUTURE RESERVATION INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.  ESCAPE ROOM STAFF DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO "APPOINTMENT CALENDARS."   AFTER HOURS CALLERS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE RESERVATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS. 


        ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR SALES CALLS OR BUSINESS RELATED CALLS MUST BE COORDINATED THROUGH OUR BUSINESS OFFICE, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 10:30 A.M. TO 3:30 P.M. 


       EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, SHOW STAFF CANNOT ASSIST CALLERS DURING SHOWS EXCEPT FOR CALLS RELATING TO LATE ARRIVALS FOR A BOOKED VISIT OR DIRECTIONS TO THE ESCAPE ROOMS.  ALL OTHER CALLS MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE BUSINESS OFFICE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
